Morning Star Home Health Care, Inc. is a family owned, non-medical, in-home health care company that has been serving seniors since 1991. We are located in Bethalto, Illinois and care for seniors in Madison, Jersey and St. Clair counties.
We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and are fully insured. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...even on holidays! We employ Certified Nurses Aides, Homemakers and Sitters who have been trained to care for seniors in their home. We match our employees to our clients based on their individual needs.

Kathy & Randy Marmino
OWNERS
Kathy & Randy bring over 33 years of senior home care experience to the company. After spending decades working in the home health care industry, Kathy and Randy have the experience and knowledge needed to create a care plan to fit each clients unique needs. They grew up in the area and have remained life long residents. "Most of our family lives nearby - we have always taken care of each other and we enjoy doing the same for our clientele.”
Annette Fitzgerald Bartels
DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Annette earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University. She has a combined 20 years of experience working in real estate, finance and senior care. Her sense of professionalism and expertise are highlighted on a daily basis. Annette and her husband, Keith, are life-long Bethalto residents and are active in community activities.
Katy Land
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
As Director of Marketing, Katy maintains and manages all of the Morning Star Home Health Care accounts, including the content across all social media platforms, and utilizing key insights to promote Morning Star with Facebook and Google Ads. She creates specific content and promotional items for advertisement, as well as monitors the latest key trends in the home health care industry. Katy is also responsible for any employee support when using company tools and training, tech support and new employee onboarding.
Lisa Landyn
VP OF OPERATIONS
Lisa is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to clients in their homes. This involves managing clinical and administrative staff, developing and implementing operational policies, and ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the Illinois Department of Public Health. Lisa works closely with Kathy and Annette to improve client satisfaction. Lisa ensures that the company provides compassionate and high-quality care, enhancing the well-being of clients and supporting the company's mission and growth.
